Not quite a cocktail dress, not quite what you would wear to church, but something in between. I think of this as something you would wear to a family holiday party or a nice birthday party. Semi-formal outfits would include things like a structured dress, a cute romper, a pair of wide-legged pants, or a nice skirt. Since preference night is the most serious and formal of the rounds, save your best look for last. I love pairing fun earrings with t-shirts and shorts. Since there is so much going on the week of rush the last thing you want to be worried about is your outfit! As a girl, I know how important it is to have an outfit that makes you feel confident and show off who you are! I have put together a ton of outfits that would be perfect for sorority rush. Okay, I think this is one of my favorite outfits by far. This dress and platform heels are so freaking cute!
A breezy, floral dress will be a great conversation starter as you meet more sisters from the chapters you’ve grown to love. This sorority rush outfit is absolutely perfect for preference round. Preference round is the round where you are deciding between two houses. The girls in the house usually wear long dresses but you DON'T. Still stick with short dresses and wedges or heels. This round of outfits is something you would wear to church, a wedding, or any nice event.

When you receive your bid from a sorority, you’ll also probably receive a shirt from the sorority.
