It is one of the smaller facilities that I have visited, but I took that as a plus because I was looking for a place where the residents get close, attentive care. The staff seemed genuinely nice, and they definitely know how to maintain a clean and glistening facility. A major concern of mine was the use of harsh cleaning products, I forgot to ask the staff, but I did not detect anything that would be hazardous to the respatory system. I liked Cherry Hill because the people were very nice, and it was very clean and didn't smell offensive like feces and urine. All the staff were really courteous and really nice. We actually had my mother to go over there, and they give me updates so it feels "teamwork-ish." I haven't had any problems so far. My mom doesn't like the food, but I tasted it, and it's not bad. My dad can buy a lunch ticket and go there to have lunch with her. She shares it, so they have a curtain that they close off when they need to do something private, like changing, and they have a TV.
He can walk but he had gotten weak for being in the bed. Supervisor 3 to 11 was awesome ,she explained they have to meet certain criteria but this is wrong. He told them he hit his head out the door he goes by ambulance. We told them we was not paying this bill for he was under there care and the fact we explained couldn't explained enough. There criteria is he must fall first before doing anything so now we will see. Anyway most of the staff is really good but you always have those bad apples.

I wish i could take care of my grandma myself and then i wouldn't have to worry so much.. P.S I really don't think my grandmother likes it their either some days, she just cries continuously and i don't know why. My father was here for temporarley for uti which spread to his blood. We emphasize that he would try to get up and walk.
